Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services such as Russian manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all tools and work areas to ensure client safety
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or products
- Provide body waxing services as requested by clients, maintaining professionalism and hygiene standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a friendly, professional environment that encourages repeat visits
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies for efficient service deliver
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon setting
- Certification or licensing as required by state or local regulations for nail care and body waxing services
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation procedures, and current trends in nail artistry
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to create a relaxing experience for clients
- Basic retail sales skills to promote products and services effectively
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if needed; a positive attitude towards ongoing learning and skill development
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
