Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to move and organize products in the warehouse.
- Assist customers with their orders and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Restock shelves, ensuring all products are properly displayed and organized.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Forklift Experience: Must be certified or have demonstrable experience operating a forklift.
- Fast Learner: Ability to quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and tasks.
- Positive Attitude: Friendly, cooperative, and solution-oriented.
- Customer Service Skills: Comfortable assisting customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy products.
