Care, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture and Massage Therapy treatments in the convenient community of Marda Loop/Altadore.

The details
This is a permanent, part-time position for evenings/weekend shifts, approximately 12-20 hours per week. Evening shifts would be 4 pm until close around 9:30 pm and weekend shifts are typically 9-5 with occasional overtime.
We are looking for long term, 1+ year commitment. Great position for a student or as a second job to supplement income! Wage is $18/hour.
What you will be doing
- Greet patients and check them in for their appointment
- Manage patient bookings, billings and payments including direct billing to insurance companies
- Scanning and uploading documents
- Patient chart management
- Daily cleaning tasks & laundry
- Other general clinic duties as assigned
What we are looking for
- Exceptional customer service skills both in person and over the phone
- Professionalism - understanding the importance of confidentiality
- Experienced with MS Word, Excel, Adobe/PDF
- Skilled multi-tasker for when things get busy
- Ambitious self-starter who can manage their time efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strategic thinker- someone who can problem solve and find solutions
- Enthusiastic team player
Bonus:
- Experience with direct billing insurance, scheduling software and patient EMR is an asset. We use Jane!
