Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (S-LP) to join our team as an independent contractor. This role offers flexibility and autonomy while providing high-quality speech and language services to clients across lifespan.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services in our well stock and neurodiversity affirming clinic.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports in Jane software.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Supervise communicative disorders assistants if applicable.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Prior experience in private practice is an asset
- Prior experience in documentation and scheduling in Jane App is an asset.
