Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Siding Installer to join our crew. This is a full-time position based in Saskatoon. No prior experience is required — we’re willing to train the right candidate — but previous construction or siding experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Install siding, soffit, fascia, and other exterior finishes
- Work effectively alongside team members and supervisors
- Handle outdoor environmental factors (heat, cold, wind, etc.)
- Maintain a safe and clean job site
- Follow safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and personal phone required
- Fall Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in siding or construction is beneficial but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $20/hour, with increases based on experience and work ethic
- Benefit package available through Equitable Health after probationary period
