Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled TILT & TURN Window/Door Installer to join our installation team in very family-like work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and replacing windows and doors in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles and excellent craftsmanship. Responsibilities
- Measure and prepare openings for window and door installation according to specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove old units and install new windows and doors securely.
- Apply caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing techniques to ensure energy efficiency and durability.
- Perform restoration work as needed, including carpentry, or minor repairs around installation sites.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and construction equipment used in installation projects.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry.
- Experience with caulking, restoration work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in measuring and fitting windows/doors precisely.
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
