Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct soccer training sessions for players of various skill levels
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, techniques, and strategies
- Develop and implement practice drills and exercises to improve player performance
- Provide guidance and feedback to players to help them develop their soccer abilities
- Organize and supervise team practices, scrimmages, and games
- Create game strategies and make in-game adjustments as needed
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play among players
- Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a soccer coach or player is preferred
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate soccer skills to players
- Passion for teaching and developing young athletes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well with children and create a positive learning environment
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
Note: This position does not require swimming skills.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
