About the Role
As a Yard Operations Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our dealership, yard, and equipment always look their best while providing essential support to our sales, service, and parts teams. Your work directly impacts the customer experience and helps keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload customer purchases safely and professionally.
- Load and unload transport trucks and incoming inventory.
- Detail, wash, and prepare equipment for customer delivery.
- Stage equipment for display and maintain an organized, customer-ready yard.
- Assist with customer pickups and equipment deliveries as required.
- Operate forklifts, tractors, skid steers, and other equipment safely (training provided where necessary).
- Receive, move, and organize inventory throughout the dealership.
- Perform lawn care, snow removal, and general property maintenance.
- Complete routine building maintenance and minor repairs.
- Keep the dealership, shop, yard, and display areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Support the sales, service, and parts departments wherever additional assistance is needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, professional workplace.

- Has experience operating equipment or is willing to learn.
- Holds a valid Class 5 driver's licence.
