Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
- Manage pain and implement appropriate pain management strategies
- Provide pediatric care, including immunizations and developmental assessments
- Administer medications and oversee medication management plans
- Document patient encounters accurately using electronic health records such as Epic and Cerner systems
- Coordinate with specialists for referrals and specialized treatments when necessary
- Collect and analyze patient data to monitor health trends and improve care quality
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
- Participate in home care visits when required to support patient recovery outside the clinical setting
- Engage in ongoing research activities or quality improvement projects to enhance practice standards
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure as a Family Medicine Physician
- Proven experience in hospital settings or outpatient clinics preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care protocols, and acute care procedures
- Experience with electronic health records systems such as Epic and Cerner is highly desirable
- Background in research or data collection initiatives is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to perform medication administration accurately and safely
- Prior experience in medical office management or home care services is advantageous
- Commitment to providing compassionate, comprehensive primary healthcare across diverse patient populations
Pay: $240,000.00-$442,467.39 per year
