Saturn Star Movers is a growing moving company serving residential, long-distance, and commercial moving clients. We are building a strong local team in each city and looking for reliable leaders who can help us execute moves properly, manage crews, and represent the company well on-site.
This role is for someone who understands moving, logistics, customer service, and accountability. You do not need to sit in an office all day, but when jobs happen, we need someone who can take ownership and make sure things are done right.
The Role
We are hiring a Local Operations Lead / Crew Lead to help manage moving jobs in your city.
You will help coordinate local movers, support job-day execution, train trial workers, communicate updates to the office, and make sure customers receive a professional moving experience.
This is a hands-on role. You may be on-site for moves, helping lead crews, checking quality, solving job-day issues, and making sure our standards are followed.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support moving crews on local jobs
- Help confirm crew availability before jobs
- Make sure movers show up on time and ready to work
- Confirm truck, equipment, blankets, dollies, and straps are ready when needed
- Help train and evaluate new trial movers
- Report job updates to the office before, during, and after moves
- Make sure customers are treated professionally
- Ensure furniture is protected and handled properly
- Help collect job photos, videos, reviews, and customer feedback
- Report any damages, delays, complaints, or issues immediately
- Recommend reliable movers when possible
- Help with basic local field tasks when needed, such as checking inventory, visiting a customer, or supporting local relationship-building efforts

- Reliable availability, especially around booked move dates
