We are looking for a Shop Foreman to take the reins of our Sylvan Lake facility, lead by example, and ensure our equipment is maintained to the highest standards. What You’ll Do (The Role)
As our Shop Foreman, you will be the heartbeat of our maintenance operations, balancing hands-on technical expertise with shop leadership:
- Lead & Maintain: Oversee the diagnosing, servicing, and repairing of our diverse fleet and trailers, ensuring everything operates in peak condition.
- Optimize Workflow: Manage preventative maintenance schedules and prioritize jobs to minimize fleet downtime.
- Drive Quality & Compliance: Complete clear, detailed work orders and maintain immaculate safety and CVIP documentation.
- Own the Shop: Keep our Sylvan Lake shop running as a clean, safe, efficient, and environmentally sound environment.
- Field Support: Step up to perform road tests and occasional field diagnostics/repairs when the team needs hands-on leadership on-site.
What You Bring
- The Credentials: Valid Journeyman Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Certification.
- The Experience: 3–5 years of industry experience, with a natural ability to lead, organize, and solve complex mechanical puzzles.
- The Drive: A valid Class 3 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
- The Attitude: Excellent communication skills, a team-first mindset, and the flexibility to handle overtime/weekend work when the operational need arises.

Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
