Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Condominium Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize common areas, including:
- Lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and elevators
- Amenity spaces (e.g., gym, party room, meeting rooms)
- Entranceways and vestibules
- Sweep, mop, vacuum floors
- Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors
- Replenish supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sanitizer, etc.)
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to building management
- Follow all building safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling procedures
- Basic communication skills in English
