Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various operational tasks across our facility, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance tasks
- Support the assembly, packaging, or transportation of products as needed
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Support team members in completing daily operational tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Prior experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation or access to the work site during scheduled hours
