Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team at Navkar Logistics Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our fulfillment services, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate is proficient in English, comfortable making 200+ calls daily, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients using provided lead lists
- Present Navkar Logistics' 3PL fulfillment services professionally and persuasively
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and patience
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets consistently
- Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve our outreach strategy
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes (200+ calls per day)
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection professionally while maintaining enthusiasm
- Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in sales/customer service
- Knowledge of logistics or 3PL industry
- Completion of sales-related training program
