Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to loss prevention.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
- Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents; assess situations and take appropriate action as necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary and assist in investigations related to security breaches or incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques is a plus.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and attentive at all times.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
