As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Dive Supervisor to take the lead on all diving-related operations and contribute to the company's expansion.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Dive Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all diving operations, assist in project bidding and preparation, and lead dive jobs from start to finish. This role is critical to the growth of Sparkes Subsea and will include a salary, profit-sharing opportunities, and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all commercial diving operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Take the lead on project preparation, and planning.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
- Mentor and manage the dive team to foster professional growth and teamwork.
- Identify opportunities for company growth and help develop new business strategies.
