Our business is expanding and we are currently seeking a Landscape Foreman / Woman with a great attitude to join the Ten Construction Team!
Ideal candidate will provide leadership, motivational skills and educate team members in various aspects of the landscape industry.
Requirements:
· Responsible for all on-site aspects of construction landscape projects.
· 3-5 years laying pavers and grading/equipment experience
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Responsible for team’s performance management
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Knowledge of safe operation of equipment in a construction setting
· Experience with operating equipment
· Knowledge and understanding of health and safety requirements
· Must be dependable, reliable and a team player
· Attention to detail
· Valid driver’s licence required
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently perform and manage quality, productivity and safe execution of projects
- Ensure proper and safe operation of all vehicles and equipment
- Reading blueprints, drawings and procurement requirements
- Experience operating skid steers, excavator, dump trucks required
- Comply with all company policies and regulations
- Manage safety, quality and productivity of work sites
· Meet with subcontractors and supervise quality, efficiency and deadlines
· Other related duties as required
