Experienced labourer
We are currently seeking a construction labourer.
The Company
Stonebuilt Homes is a small volume custom homebuilder working in the immediate area of Grande Prairie. Our primary focus is on building very high quality custom homes and providing superior service to our customers. We handle the majority of build with our own staff, as well as all the warranty and service work. Stonebuilt is an extremely team orientated group and provides an excellent environment to work and learn. Since so much of the work gets done in house there are always new things to learn and different roles that can be filled so staff are continuously exposed to different things keeping work interesting.
Job Responsibilities
§ Operate and perform general maintenance on equipment.
§ Prepare concrete slabs for pouring concrete.
§ Assist carpenters with carpentry tasks when needed.
§ General cleanup.
§ Deliver materials to sites.
§ Maintain the highest level of quality and workmanship.
§ Work as part of a team or alone to efficiently complete work.
§ Help / train more inexperienced team members and apprentices complete tasks.
Qualifications
§ Experience working as a construction labourer is an assett.
§ Valid, clean class 5 drivers license.
§ Good problem solving skills
§ Ability to work safe in a team environment or alone.
§ Must be physically fit.
