Description:
As a Stores II, you will perform supervisory and administrative duties utilizing considerable judgment in applying policy and procedures. In the Stores II position you will coordinate and assist with the shipping, receiving, warehousing, auditing and replenishment of supplies and equipment. You will also schedule, assign, monitor, co-ordinate, prioritize and participate in the work of employees within the department.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Physically capable of frequent heavy lifting and moving of objects up to 40 kg. Physically capable of pushing and pulling heavy carts up to and occasionally exceeding 275kg.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Must be competent in a computerized windows environment, and in utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Must be capable of understanding and accurately following complex and detailed instructions. Must be capable of performing basic mathematical functions; possess high standards of accuracy; be detail orientated requiring minimal supervision; reliable; possess strong interpersonal/customer service skills, working safely.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a healthcare environment. Experience with Oracle considered an asset. Experience and comfort with material handling equipment. Ability to read, write and comprehend English fluently. Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, end users and vendors. Strong attention to detail, and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high stress environment, with time sensitive deliveries and changing priorities.
