We are looking for a motivated and dependable Material Handler to join our Shipping & Receiving team. This role plays a key part in supporting production flow, inventory control, and shipping operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
This position is currently open and reflects a replacement position due to an internal transfer, promotion, or departure.
The salary range for this position is $21-$23 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
When your actions lead to success:

Receive, move, and store raw materials and finished goods to support production flow

Safely operate counterbalance and reach trucks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility

Supply packing and warehouse teams with materials and assist with product preparation for shipmen

Operate power tools and equipment, including chop saws, pneumatic nail guns, and measuring devices

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience

Valid forklift certification in good standing

Experience operating counterbalance and reach trucks

Knowledge of shipping preparation and truck delivery procedures

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Flexibility to work overtime when required

Ability to safely lift up to 45 lbs. unassisted
