Line Cook / Supervisor
Required Experience:
- Reliable, Great attitude and willing to learn.
- 2 or more years working in kitchens in the service industry
- Demonstrated skills in restaurant kitchen operations
- Looking for opportunity for advancement
Job Requirements:
- Shows inititive and eager to learn.
- Able to follow direction and Work unsupervised and part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills
- Continuous development & motivating of staff Supervising shifts – opening and closing
- Assisting in heart of house restaurant operations including but not limited to:
- Food handling and preparation
- Ensuring food quality and procedures are adhered too
- General cleanliness and sanitation
- General operations, ensuring systems and standards compliance
Legislative certifications preferred:
- Food Handling, Health & Safety
- First Aid
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34.0 per week
