MNG International Inc. is a Canadian importer, processor, and wholesale supplier of spices, herbs, seasonings, and food ingredients. We supply food manufacturers, distributors, private label companies, processors, foodservice businesses, and industrial food companies across Canada and the United States.
We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our sales growth, improve our brand presence, manage marketing activities, and help with customer follow ups and lead generation.
This is a hands on role for someone who is organized, creative, detail oriented, and comfortable working with marketing, sales support, customer communication, and digital tools.
Responsibilities
Create marketing materials such as product sheets, brochures, flyers, presentations, email campaigns, and sales documents
Support the sales team with customer presentations, product information, sample follow ups, and lead tracking
Research potential customers including food manufacturers, distributors, private label companies, processors, retailers, and foodservice businesses
Build and maintain lead lists with company names, buyer contacts, emails, phone numbers, and product interests
Assist with email marketing campaigns for new prospects and existing customers
Create and schedule LinkedIn posts and company updates
Help manage and improve website content
Prepare marketing content for spices, herbs, seasonings, blends, and food ingredients
Support trade show preparation, including customer research, marketing materials, meeting lists, and follow up emails
Track customer replies, leads, sample requests, quotes, and follow up activities
Assist with CRM updates and customer database organization
Communicate with customers in a professional and timely manner
Work with sales, QA, operations, and management to make sure product information is accurate
Help improve MNG’s brand image across all customer facing materials
Use tools such as Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, CRM systems, email platforms, and AI tools
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales support, customer service, communications, or a related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, email campaigns, social media posts, or brochures
Good understanding of LinkedIn, email marketing, website content, and basic digital marketing
Strong research skills and ability to find potential customers and decision makers
Comfortable communicating with customers by email and phone
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and basic marketing tools
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B marketing or sales support
Experience in food, ingredients, spices, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, CPG, private label, or foodservice
Experience with CRM systems, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO, or email marketing platforms
Experience creating product sheets, trade show materials, company profiles, or sales presentations
Experience using AI tools for research, content creation, lead generation, and campaign planning
Knowledge of food safety documents, product specifications, COAs, allergens, or certifications is an asset
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who can support both marketing and sales. This person should be able to create clean marketing materials, research new customers, help with outreach, organize follow ups, and support the sales team with practical day to day work.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys marketing, customer communication, research, design, writing, sales support, and working in a growing food ingredient business.
