The Role
The key duties will include, but are not limited to
- Set up and strike on all performances in the theatre
- Assisting with the operations of productions in the theatre

Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will have education and/or experience in a similar role. Additional training will be provided. Necessary skills and attributes to be successful in this role include:
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
- an entrepreneurial spirit, specifically one who is willing to take a risk to create opportunities;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- ability to build strong relationships across the organization; and
- a high level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
- Prior audio and lighting experience required
- Technical aptitude required
- Class 5 Driver's License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
- Must be able to work on a flexible, on-call schedule, including weekends, evenings and daytime
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Aerial lift certification and fall protection certification are preferred
