This is a relationship-driven career based sales role designed for someone who loves people, celebrations, and the thrill of closing a sale. As a Bridal Stylist, you'll guide customers through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives. Your job is to deliver an exceptional, high-touch shopping experience while helping customers feel confident, beautiful, and cared for. This is not a passive retail job — this is professional, consultative sales. You’ll play a key role in creating magic for our clients while achieving personal and team sales goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead personalized, one-on-one styling appointments with bride shoppers.
- Vision, budget, timeline, and style — and help them select the perfect gown or outfit.
- Build trust with customers and their guests, creating a supportive and joyful shopping experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Confidently guide clients through decision-making and overcome common objections with empathy and professionalism.
- Take accurate measurements to ensure accurate sizing.
- Maintain showroom standards, including steaming garments, tidying fitting rooms, and restocking.
- Represent Le Rêve Boutique at bridal shows and community events as needed.
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
This is a Part-time position based on a 3-day work week. Because bridal shopping happens primarily on weekends, one evening and Saturday availability is a must.

- 1+ year of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Loves being part of a team but also self-motivated to own personal success
- Interest in fashion, weddings, or formalwear is a plus.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred (communications, fashion, business, or related field).
