Doyle's Pub is seeking a reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented Part Time Line Cook to join our kitchen crew! We’re a moderately busy neighbourhood pub with a loyal customer base, a small but mighty kitchen team, and a strong focus on consistency, cleanliness, and quality.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, knows their way around a busy kitchen line, and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to do what needs to be done — whether that’s cooking, cleaning, or washing dishes.

- Washes up dishes, utensils, and cutting boards to stay ahead.
- Double-checks prep lists and food rotation.
- Takes pride in leaving the kitchen spotless for the next shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items consistently and to spec.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Handle prep work efficiently, restock stations, and assist teammates as needed.
- Wash dishes, pots, and utensils throughout the shift — all cooks are expected to participate in dishwashing duties as part of the team.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Communicate clearly with servers and management during service.
- Assist with closing duties, including cleaning, labeling, and restocking.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of line cook experience in a pub or restaurant environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and kitchen safety standards.
- Availability for a mix of days, nights, and weekends.
- A great attitude — no egos, just effort.
