We are a growing packaging and food distribution company looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented team member to join our office team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, office support, and working in a busy and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and greet walk-in customers
- Process orders and assist with customer pickups
- Respond to emails and customer inquiries
- Prepare invoices and basic paperwork
- Coordinate with warehouse and drivers regarding pickups and deliveries
- Support daily office and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and office software skills
- Previous office, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred
- Fluent English required
- Mandarin required; Cantonese is highly preferred
