Class 5 Delivery Driver – Construction Supplies
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with overtime as required
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Class 5 Licensed Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering construction consumables and supporting job site operations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver construction materials and consumables including nails, screws, saw blades, water, and other supplies to various job sites.
- Deliver diesel fuel to construction equipment when required.
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure company vehicles are kept clean and in safe operating condition.
- Communicate effectively with office staff, supervisors, and site personnel.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Construction industry experience is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of safe loading, securing, and transportation practices.
