Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks related to office financial records
- Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and providing support via phone or email
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff and clients
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing office supplies
- Provide support for medical or dental office operations if applicable, including patient record management and appointment scheduling
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred, including front desk or medical/dental office experience
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Strong proofreading skills for document accuracy
- Knowledge of filing systems and document management procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
MUST BE FLUENT IN EXCEL. ** PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE FIELD EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS **
