Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated licensed RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in using hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance on recreational vehicles. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers' RVs are safe, functional, and ready for their adventures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of RVs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, and electrical system diagnostics.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs on various RV components such as plumbing, HVAC systems, and appliances.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and services provided.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the status of their vehicles and any recommended services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to RV maintenance and repair.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive or RV repair preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various mechanical issues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to RV repair are a plus.

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
