Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Dental Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling dental products and solutions to dentists and dental clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental terminology, laboratory processes, and dental office operations to effectively communicate product benefits and build lasting client relationships. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in dental assisting, CAD design, or laboratory experience to leverage their expertise in a sales capacity.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with dentists and dental clinics.
- Identify and acquire new dental accounts.
- Present the laboratory’s services and product offerings to potential clients.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued collaboration.
- Coordinate with the lab team to ensure smooth case submission and delivery.
- Attend dental events, study clubs, and networking opportunities when applicable.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a dental office or laboratory setting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of CAD software related to dental design or manufacturing is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dentistry and oral health.
- Background in dental assisting or laboratory work enhances understanding of client needs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales within the dental industry.
