About Us
The Communication Clinic is a growing, therapist-owned private practice in Toronto, specializing in pediatric speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, psychotherapy, art therapy, and early intervention. We are seeking a Behaviour Therapist/Instructor Therapist to join our team.
The Role
As a Behaviour Therapist, you will:
- Work 1:1 with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum to develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
- Implement individualized ABA programs designed and supervised by a BCBA.
- Collect accurate data on client progress and participate in team meetings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychotherapists.
- Receive ongoing training and supervision to strengthen your clinical skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or current studies) in psychology, education, behaviour science, or a related field.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Comfort with following structured programs and collecting data.
- RBT certification is an asset, but not required (training and supervision provided).
