Responsibilities

- Assist clients with account-related questions and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Support day-to-day administrative and customer service operations.
- Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new systems and procedures.
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, or administrative support is considered an asset but is not required.

Pay: $36,291.82-$67,280.56 per month
