Sales Associate – Full Time
Beachcomber Home Leisure is looking for an energetic, personable, and motivated Sales Associate to join our Kelowna team.
For over 35 years, Beachcomber has helped customers create beautiful indoor and outdoor living spaces with premium hot tubs, patio furniture, indoor furniture, saunas, and home leisure products. We pride ourselves on offering a fun, fast-paced environment with a strong team culture and a customer experience that stands out from traditional retail.
This is not a passive retail role — we are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, following up with customers, learning products, and helping clients bring their homes and lifestyles to life.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Build relationships and follow up with leads
- Sell hot tubs, patio furniture, indoor furniture, and leisure products
- Learn product knowledge across multiple suppliers and categories
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
- Help create an exceptional showroom experience
- Work collaboratively within a positive and competitive sales environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience is required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, upbeat, and professional personality
- Honest and customer-focused approach to sales
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
- Someone who enjoys design, home lifestyle products, and relationship building
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving retail environment
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday–Saturday availability required
- Saturdays are mandatory
- Typical hours are 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
