Duties and responsibilities
· Assist manager in various aspects of producing the Tailored Clothing line.
· Reporting duties including sales reports, online usage reports, data analysis reports, and style analysis.
· Assist in the development and shipping of all other related marketing material including sample sets, specification books, order forms, lining and trim books, fabric listings, retailer list, display cases, related paperwork.
· Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
· Assist Inventory Control coordinator with database maintenance as needed.
· Maintain the marketing distribution listing.
· Assist with social media scheduling and posting.
· Assist with in-house events.
· Assist with materials for trade shows and salesmen models.
· Assist in sampling department if needed.
· Assist with maintaining retailor website.
· Website project coordination as needed.
· Maintain excellent communication with all relevant departments and retailers.
· Prepare artwork files for printed linings for Cutting Room/CADCAM Manager.
· Assist the Inventory Control Coordinator with cloth base record set up, English American order entry and Coppley fabric reserves.
· Perform duties as needed when Inventory Control Coordinator is on vacation or out of the office
· Assist with other departments as needed.
· Comply with all Health and Safety legislation.
· Additional duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job:
· Post-secondary education is required.
· Able to maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other departments in English.
· Ability to use a computer effectively including Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
· Familiarity with AS400 would be an asset.
· Familiarity with Hootsuite & Trello is an asset.
· Attention to detail and design.
· Analytical mindset with understanding about the importance of accuracy.
· Able to work independently and on a team.
· Must have good communication and planning skills, oral and written.
· Flexible to meet changing demands of the workplace.
