Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures tailored to the painting and coating industry.

- Train staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to quality metrics.

- Assist Project Manager with coordinating scheduling with subcontractors.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance or management within the painting industry.

- Effective project management abilities.
