Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We are preparing for the 2026 summer season and have TONS of room for growth and additional income. We provide training to help improve closing abilities and provide all necessary equipment to begin work and start earning immediately.

Responsibilities
- Show up to the office every workday for daily meetings and professional training.
- Knock doors in designated areas with your group and hit your daily KPIs.
- Follow up with all new and existing clientele. If you can't close on the first attempt—there is BIG money in the follow-up!
- Deliver high-quality sales presentations consistently.
- Collaborate with team members effectively to dominate your territory.
- Maintain organized records of all clientele.
- Contribute to leadership: We want your suggestions on how to grow the business and make sales easier/faster. More team involvement = more opportunity to grow within the company.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in cold call or canvassing environments.
- Strong background in account management and customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- A competitive mindset—ready to prove yourself in the first two weeks to earn a top-tier spot.

Pay: $3,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
