Job Overview
Our reputable client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support while effectively communicating in both English and French. The ideal candidate will have proven customer service and logistics/dispatch experience in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10am-7pm or 11a-8pm EST (must be flexible to work on call and one weekend per month as needed).

Duties
- Maintain and improve high quality service ensuring safety, timely and cost effective
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in both English and French
- Utilize CRM software to update customer information, requests and requirements
- Receive and process COD delivery requests and process payment
- Collaborate with Operations and Territory managers
- Maintain excellence in relationships with customers, Drivers and other employees regarding billing issues, pickup entries, etc.
- Provide assistance and dispatch assistance for Drivers
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively to external and internal customers.
- Minimum Highschool Diploma
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Streets and Trips/Mappoint
- Strong knowledge of Canadian geography
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret customer information effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
