Eganridge Resort, Golf Club & Spa is looking for a Wedding and Events Manager.
The qualified individual will have experience managing events ranging from Corporate Retreats to Weddings for up to 200 guests, including but not limited to, sales, billing & accounting, and execution. Along with experience in Bar management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Pre-planning and conducting resort tours for new Weddings, Corporate Retreats, and other types of social events.
- Hiring, Training and scheduling F&B team members for Events AND Stables Sports Bar.
- Oversight of service / Day of Execution
- Ordering and inventory management
- Manage the Stables Sports Bar & Patio, including scheduling and inventory management
- Provide support to other areas of the resort as necessary.
A flexible schedule, and hardworking approach is a must! This is not a 9-5 job. Weekends are part of the regular schedule, and will include late hours especially in our peak spring/summer/fall months.
