Physiomed Erin Mills is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Physiotherapist to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. We provide a comprehensive range of coordinated healthcare services, including Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Nutritional Counselling, and Medical Products.

What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments utilizing both active rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and long-term health and wellness.
- Accurately complete clinical documentation, including assessment findings, treatment plans, progress reports, and SOAP notes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to provide coordinated, patient-centred care.
- Delegate and supervise treatment programs through support staff and rehabilitation assistants.
What We're Looking For
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment skills.
- Proficiency in manual therapy and active exercise prescription.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centred approach.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with clinical modalities such as ultrasound, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and IFC is considered an asset.
- A positive, energetic, and professional attitude with a genuine passion for health and wellness.
Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly compensation model that provides income stability and predictability. Unlike commission-based compensation structures, for this physiotherapist position you will paid for all scheduled clinic hours, regardless of patient volume. This means that if a patient cancels, does not attend their appointment, or a time slot remains unfilled, you will still be compensated for that hour. Our goal is to allow clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care without the uncertainty of fluctuating earnings.

Hours
Clinic hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
