Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable <PERSON>/Clerk to join our team. This role is vital in providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and supporting daily sales operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. and experience in retail sales or technology sales are highly valued to enhance our customer engagement and sales performance. Must have reliable vehicle and be over age of 18.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and sales processing
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive presentation of products
- Maintain organized shelves and stock levels according to merchandising standards
- Handle cashiering duties including processing transactions, issuing receipts, and managing returns
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors
- Support inventory management through stock checks and product organization
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Must have or be able to pass your pro-serve
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures required
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service expertise
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks and self motivated
- Experience with merchandising, product demos, upselling, and retail sales strategies is advantageous

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
