As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to play a key role in serving a diverse client base while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the firm's continued success.

What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare year-end financial statements and complete working paper files
- Prepare corporate income tax returns (T2)
- Participate in audit and assurance engagements, including preparation of audit working papers
- Manage multiple client engagements while meeting deadlines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing professional, responsive service
- Review and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm
What You Bring
- CPA designation (required)
- Minimum 3 years of public practice accounting experience
- Strong experience preparing year-end financial statements
- Experience preparing corporate tax returns (T2)
- Audit and assurance experience with solid working paper preparation
- Strong knowledge of Canadian Accounting Standards and corporate tax compliance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is considered a strong asset
