Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
Duties
- Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and makeup application.
- Sanitate all tools and workspaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Be willing to be trained by licensed estheticians to complete our signature services exactly the same way the client expects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare goals and recommend appropriate services.
- Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and routines.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products that align with client needs.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a related role is preferred.
- We have licensed estheticians who are able to take apprentices and train them to receive their hours for certification. This is a tremendous opportunity in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling is a plus.
