As a Project Manager at NEXT Compression, you’ll take ownership of high-value projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients, team members and stakeholders to ensure projects meet their objectives, deadlines, and budget. This is your opportunity to combine your technical expertise and leadership skills to build strong relationships with customers and drive project success.
Your Role:
- Financial Accountability: Drive project profitability by managing costs, revenue, and change orders effectively.
- Customer Focus: Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring project deliverables meet customer expectations.
- Project Leadership: Oversee project execution, resource management, and team alignment to achieve project success on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
What you Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma from an accredited institution in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams with a strong emphasis on building positive relationships.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
