- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow dealership or shop procedures for vehicle inspection, repair documentation, and quality control
Skills
- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base
- Skilled in welding, schematics interpretation, and assembly processes
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques
- Knowledge of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities
- Experience with maintenance routines and mechanical troubleshooting methods
