This is a full-time position:
- Monday to Friday
- Two Saturdays per month
- Two evening shifts per week (until 6:00 PM)
As an experienced RDA, you already know the fundamentals of dental assisting. In addition to your chairside responsibilities, your role will include:
- Supporting the RDH with perio charting and pre-booking
- Assisting with general administrative duties (Dentrix experience is an asset)
- Helping manage clinic flow and anticipating the needs of the day
- Contributing ideas and helping the team continue to improve
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of experience in a busy dental practice
- A caring, patient-centred approach
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute
- Strong organization and communication skills
- The ability to take initiative and jump in where needed
- A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a strong team
Compensation is based on experience.
