Job Title: Aircraft Sheet Metal / Structures Technician

We support OEMs, MROs, and major operators by providing elite workforce solutions. We are currently seeking experienced Sheet Metal / Structures Technicians to join our growing team in Calgary.
What You Will Do:
- Perform complex structural modifications, fabrication, and sheet metal repairs on aircraft parts and components.
- Interpret and work directly from blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering drawings.
- Inspect, repair, and replace structural components ensuring complete compliance with Transport Canada regulations.
- Perform drilling, countersinking, riveting, and bonding tasks with high precision.
- Maintain detailed technical logs and maintenance records.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated aircraft structural sheet metal repair or modification experience (MRO or hangar environment preferred).
- Technical Skills: Confident reading and executing complex mechanical engineering drawings and structural repair manuals (SRM).
- Tools: Must own a basic set of aviation hand tools and demonstrate good tool control.
- Requirements: Ability to pass a technical test, adapt to shift work (days, evenings, or weekends), and the ability to obtain a Transport Canada Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
- Language: Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
