POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Coordinator plays a key role in the successful implementation of the Digital Pipeline [4]Youth Employment Program by coordinating participant engagement, employment preparation activities, employer partnerships, program administration, data tracking, reporting requirements, and ongoing participant support to ensure positive employment outcomes.
This is an in-person position that requires regular on-site participation in program activities, participant support, employer engagement, workshops, meetings, and community-based programming.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Program Coordination and Administration
- Coordinate daily operations and activities of the program:
- Support scheduling of workshops, guest speakers, employer visits, field trips, and participant activities.
- Maintain participant records, attendance, program documentation, and reporting systems.
- Prepare program materials, resources, and communications.
- Provide administrative support for program documentation, data collection, scheduling, communications, and related program activities.
2. Participant Support
- Support participants throughout training and employment preparation activities.
- Conduct participant check-ins and maintain ongoing communication.
- Assist participants with resumes, cover letters, portfolios, and job search activities.
- Connect participants with appropriate internal and external resources.
3. Employer and Community Engagement
- Conduct employer research and maintain employer databases.
- Support outreach to employers, community organizations, and industry partners.
- Coordinate employer presentations, workplace tours, networking opportunities, and recruitment events.
4. Accessibility and Inclusive Programming
- Support accessible and inclusive program delivery.
- Assist participants in identifying accommodation needs.
- Ensure program materials, communications, and activities are accessible.
5. Administrative Support and Program Documentation
- Maintain participant records, attendance, files, and program documentation.
- Support survey distribution, participant feedback collection, and program evaluations.
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and internal documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education, lived experience, and work experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience coordinating programs, community initiatives, employment services, workforce development programs, youth programs, or related activities.

Pay: $47,000.00-$50,000.00 per hour
