Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Head Spa Massage Therapist and Facial Aestheticians to join our luxury wellness and beauty team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences through expert massage, facial treatments, and skincare services. Duties
- Perform a variety of massage therapies including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and specialty massages tailored to guest needs.
- Provide facial treatments, skin analysis, and customized skincare solutions to enhance client complexion and health.
- Conduct body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and other aesthetic services as qualified.
- Assist guests at the front desk with check-in/check-out procedures, appointment scheduling, and product recommendations.
- Promote retail sales through product demos and upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and spa revenue.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in treatment rooms and equipment following health regulations.
- Deliver excellent guest services by ensuring comfort, addressing inquiries, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and available treatments to foster ongoing relationships.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and staff training sessions to stay current with industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a massage therapist or facial aesthetician with relevant certifications/licenses.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in spa treatments.
- Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and other beauty services is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to engage guests professionally while promoting products and services.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and guest services within a spa or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail while maintaining a calm demeanor.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
