Who We Are:
Spencerville Pharmasave is located in Spencerville, Ontario – a small village approximately 30 minutes south of Ottawa and 20 minutes north-east of Brockville.
We operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm and are closed on Sundays and holidays.
The pharmacy services a diverse community, providing a host of clinical services including common ailment assessments, immunizations, medication reviews, buprenorphine opioid agonist therapy and more.
What We Are Looking For:
A pharmacist eager to offer expanded clinical services in line with the evolving scope of pharmacist practice. Our pharmacy has been recently renovated and now features two well-equipped clinical assessment rooms - ready for the right candidate!
Candidates must be comfortable applying the full scope of pharmacist practice (immunizations, medication reviews, common ailment assessments, interpretation of laboratory results, clinical communication to colleagues, prescription extensions / adaptations etc.)
Ideal applicants possess strong verbal and written communication as well as being friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to go the extra mile for our amazing patients.
Pharmacists will be supported by assistants and a pharmacy technician for the entirety of their shifts, in addition to overlap from the pharmacy owner where possible.
Experience with Kroll Paperless Software and/or additional clinical qualifications such as CDE, Travel Health Certification etc. are valued assets.
