Mark Edgely Steel Roofing is a leading steel roofer in the Region, and we are looking for two (2) capable and responsible individuals to help us satisfy our customers needs as we repair and replace roofs.

The following tasks, duties, and responsibilities:
- Replacing or installing new steel roofing systems on buildings and customizing materials for individual roofs
- Shimming and levelling roof surfaces
- Installing Ice and water barrier and synthetic wrap
- Inspecting the work area to ensure that all required materials are present.
- Ensuring that materials are properly trimmed to tightly fit along the edges of a roof and altering materials as needed.
- Ensuring that the job location is neat and safe by cleaning it up once the job is completed.
Skills and abilities needed.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation is required
- Working at heights certificate
- Good knowledge of roofing, with expectative to cover structures with the appropriate materials in a thorough and clean manner.
- Maintain positive working relationships with peers, customers, and other contractors.
- Exceptionally good physical fitness/stamina, since the job requires many physical requirements such as the ability to lift heavy materials and withstand extensive bending, kneeling, and harsh weather conditions.
- The ability to follow all construction safety requirements.
- Previous steel roofing experience or other roofing an asset
- High School diploma is an asset.
- Practical thinker with a focus on ability to adapt while on the job to successfully address problems as they occur.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
